The Role: As the Head of Marketing, you are to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and franchise expansion. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, optimizing digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensuring SWTHZ is recognized as a leader in the wellness space.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Lead paid media, SEO, email, and social strategies to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Build a compelling, wellness-focused brand identity that resonates with customers and franchise partners. Data & Analytics: Monitor key marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and continuously optimize based on performance data. Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a best-in-class marketing team. Partnerships & PR: Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and earned media to expand brand reach. Local & National Marketing: Implement scalable marketing strategies that support local franchisees while maintaining brand consistency. Oversee and amplify our influencer program (UGC and expand localized content) Support your content team to establish a robust content pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh and impactful material across all channels Franchise Growth Marketing: Develop and execute strategies that attract and convert potential franchisees.
What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in a franchise, fitness, or high-growth consumer brand. Proven experience in multi-unit franchise marketing and B2B franchisee recruitment strategies. Strong digital marketing expertise in paid media, social, SEO, and email marketing. Deep understanding of customer acquisition, performance marketing, and marketing analytics. Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling brand stories that reinforce SWTHZ as the center of wellness. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performance marketing teams. Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
