Job Role: Graphic Designer – Full-time

Calling all creative geniuses! Are you the kind of person who sees the world in color palettes, typography, and perfect layouts? Do you get a rush from turning ideas into stunning visuals that grab attention and tell a story? If so, we want YOU to be our next Graphic Designer!

In this role, you won’t just be making “pretty pictures” (although, let’s be honest, they will be stunning). You’ll be the visual storyteller behind our brand, crafting eye-catching designs that live across multiple platforms. From marketing collateral that makes people take notice, to social media graphics that stop the scroll, to conference exhibits that make us shine on the big stage—your designs will be everywhere.

What Your Week May Look Like (AKA Your Creative Playground): The duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer shall consist of but not be limited to the following:

  • Design brochures, flyers, and one-pagers that leave a lasting impression.
  • Make social media visuals that get people clicking, liking, and sharing.
  • Create conference exhibit materials (think booth graphics, banners, signage—the works!).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Develop PowerPoint templates that make presentations anything but boring.
  • Assist with email marketing visuals and website graphics.
  • Work with print vendors to make sure designs look just as good in real life as they do on screen.
  • Have the opportunity to bring graphics to life with motion design & animation (a bonus, but a BIG plus!).

Qualifications, Requirements & Education

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience with PowerPoint design and template creation.
  • Understanding of social media design best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with print production processes and file preparation.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in basic HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity of Mailchimp and Constant Contact designing a plus.
