Exante360, Inc., is seeking a Designer to join our evolving and dynamic Technology Design Integration Team.

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to perform technology systems designs and coordination for construction projects with a consistent focus on our values of superior customer service, responsibility, versatility, and excellence. You’ll collaborate internally and externally with project team members to identify project requirements, make recommendations, and tailor designs to meet client needs.

You will excel in this position if you’ve had at least 5-10 years of experience with previous low voltage/security design experience with an emphasis on quality assurance. You have functioned in a similar role with an MEP-T consulting company, architectural firm, or with a systems integrator / installation contractor. You have a collaborative attitude, are intrinsically motivated, and ready to learn. You bring the ability to interact with team members at varying levels and interpret their individual unique needs.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Meticulous quality control/review skills
  • Experience with designing ICT (low voltage) systems, specifically security. Emphasis on the need for prior experience with designing enterprise security systems (access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection) in data center environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Navisworks
  • Experienced coordination with MEP trades
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the architectural process and the ability to build clear and concise permittable construction documents.
  • AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT or related field preferred

Daily Activities:

  • Design of security drawing using Revu markups, drafting by others
  • Quality Control/Quality Assurance of security drawings
  • Coordination of design elements with other trades

This is a remote position. Candidates are expected to provide the following items: dedicated work space, desk, chair, and a strong internet connection.
