Job Description:

UX writing team is seeking a strategic, senior-level UX writer with a passion for content strategy. In partnership with UX designers you’ll create best-in-class app experiences across the diverse global audiences of the Amazon delivery experience. You’ll work alongside researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to make shopping easy and joyful for Amazon customers, help delivery drivers complete their routes safely, and more.

Key responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and effective UX content, with an emphasis on mobile apps.
• Iterate quickly based on data-driven audience insights and internal feedback.
• Lead content strategy on highly complex, high-profile initiatives.
• Work in close collaboration with UX designers, product partners, and other stakeholders, primarily in Figma.
• Scale yourself via partner education and formal documentation of UX writing best practices.

Must have

4+ years of professional UX writing experience required. B2C ecommerce experience preferred.
