Job Description Your Career The UX Team is looking for a driven and outgoing UX designer. You will be working on a platform, making a significant impact through ownership, influence, and collaboration across teams. You’ll proactively drive initiatives, streamlining complex processes into elegant solutions. You’ll work with content creators, product stakeholders, and engineers to define the best user experience for Fortune-500 companies and national security organizations. Your Impact Work across multiple products and teams to create elegant, seamless, consolidated customer experiences Solve complex problems involving multiple use cases, distilling them into clear and impactful solutions at scale. Ensure the platform remains aligned with industry-leading design principles Continuously explore new ideas to improve and delight our users - Research user needs, generate creative solutions, and advocate for innovations that push our products to the next level Evolve and expand our design system to keep our UX on the cutting edge - Introduce new components and patterns that become best practices adopted company-wide Influence strategic product direction through your deep expertise in UX design, research, and strategy - Communicate design rationale across teams with clarity and influence Mentor and guide more junior designers in methods for creating intuitive, engaging product experiences grounded in user needs Qualifications: Your Experience 8+ years as a hands-on UX/product design lead, including experience influencing the work of other designers and stakeholders Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to drive consensus Ability to think systemically and holistically about product ecosystems Experience working on a platform and/or with the ability to untangle complex issues and integrate multiple use cases into a streamlined solution Self-starter with a proactive drive to learn the cybersecurity industry, demonstrate strong business acumen, and apply product knowledge to create impactful designs. Strong commitment to user-centered design, advocating for the customer experience through both quantitative and qualitative data insights. Demonstrates a growth mindset by embracing challenges, learning from setbacks, continuously improving, and spotting opportunities for greater impact. Mastery of modern tools and methods for research, ideation, iteration, and prototyping An aesthetic sense for visual design and the details Brings a positive mindset, leads by example, and acts as a multiplier by inspiring and uplifting others. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132,600/yr to $214,500/yr.
