Associate Digital Producer Job at CyberGuy in Los Angeles

CyberGuy is seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Associate Digital Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for technology and an eye for detail, with a strong ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of our content. This role will involve working with various members of the team proofreading copy for grammar and accuracy, researching story topics, helping to create our newsletters, and assisting with data and analytics to drive informed decision-making. The Associate Digital Producer is expected to be a proactive self-starter who can effectively manage multiple tasks. This position starts as a contract role with the potential to transition to full-time . For those eligible to work in the United States, this will become a remote, full-time staff position after the initial period. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in digital production (preferably with digital agency experience) Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing, editing, and writing copy in a clear and compelling voice Comfort navigating and learning a variety of digital tools Ability to work well under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for technology and staying updated on the latest trends and products Quick to learn digital tools, including: WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp (bonus: Kit.com) Curiosity and thoroughness in sourcing facts and information Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability Ability to handle high-pressure situations with proven leadership capabilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Resourceful, capable of finding answers independently Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic tech news content production environment Key Responsibilities Proofread and review copy for grammar and accuracy Research story topics for content development Assist with data and analytics to inform content strategies Content review and feedback of articles and videos Daily document preparation for syndication partners WordPress article updates Content management, organization, and reporting Newsletter preparation Test and verify all work for quality assurance Outstanding Health, Dental and Vision coverage; Paid time off in addition to holidays.
