Print/Digital Production Designer

Print/Digital Production Designer - San Antonio Buying Group, LLC (San Antonio, TX) Job Duties: Create and design various print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, business cards, and other marketing collateral; Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and meet client specifications; Prepare and set up print-ready design layout files for production, including color correction, image manipulation, and resolution adjustments; Verify design layout files are in the correct format and color mode for printing; Process files using Printing Software such as: Fiery, RIPCenter, etc.; Work closely with clients, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions; Conduct thorough quality checks on final design layouts to ensure client expectations are met; Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to print and design layouts; Stay updated on the latest design software and printing technologies; Utilize design software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW and other tools to enhance design efficiency and quality; Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency in the print production workflow; Provide support and expertise to colleagues as needed; Participate in client meetings and presentations as the design expert, addressing questions and providing insights into design choices. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in Graphic Design. Must have 2 years of experience using Graphic Design Software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDRAW, and Printing Tools such as: Fiery, RIPCenter or similar industry tools. e-mail Resume to: Akber Mithani at: finance@mystma.com
