As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving our firm's visibility, strengthening relationships with clients and referral sources, and ensuring that our brand reflects our core values. You will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, crafting engaging campaigns, managing digital content, and spearheading networking efforts to position Poole Huffman as a leader in the legal industry.
What you'll do:
- Content & Digital Marketing: Manage the firm's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, by posting engaging and relevant content. Update the firm's website with blogs, testimonials, and case successes. Assist in creating and editing video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns that align with the firm's goals. Implement A/B testing to optimize performance and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
- Attorney & Referral Source Support: Assist attorneys with networking efforts, including coordinating one-on-one meetings and following up with referral sources. Support industry-specific marketing initiatives to target niche practice areas.
- Client Engagement and Outreach: Maintain regular communication with past clients to encourage future referrals and foster long-term relationships. Develop and distribute client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Online Review Management: Manage Google Reviews and oversee the firm's online reputation to ensure a positive digital presence across various platforms.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external marketing vendors to ensure deliverables are met, marketing goals are achieved, and resources are allocated effectively to the correct initiatives and strategies.
- Networking & Brand Image: Collaborate with the partner PR firm to strengthen the firm's professional network and enhance its brand image.Improve the firm's visibility and presence in professional networks, including Chambers and Partners, Inc. 5000, and other industry-specific law firm rankings. Coordinate speaking opportunities for attorneys and manage media outreach efforts to increase the firm's public exposure.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and execute ideas with minimal supervision.
- Creativity & Innovation: Strong ability to create engaging content, identify new marketing opportunities, and implement fresh strategies.
- Networking & Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with referral sources, clients, and attorneys.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
