Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Greet customers, understand their repair needs, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Communicate repair details with technicians and update customers on repair status.
• Manage appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Perform other tasks as requested 

Requirements – Service Advisor:

• Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Good customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Team participant with a good work ethic
• Must have an understanding of body shop operations and repair processes
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
