We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable
UI/UX Designer
to work alongside our Head of Design and Product Designer. In this role, you will ensure that sites and features for our brand partners are executed efficiently, are aesthetically elevated, and have with an optimal user experience, in addition to supporting other company-wide creative needs.

Create branded UIs
for our sites and features that perfectly fit their brand aesthetics Determine best UX decisions
for aspects of each brand based site, in collaboration with Engineering and Product Present interactive mocks
of sites and features to our brands, while fielding any questions brands have about our creative capabilities and UX Evolve designs based on feedback
from brands, while also 1) taking into account what is feasible for our engineers and 2) advocating for the best user experience Pass off designs clearly to engineers and field technical questions throughout the process Lead visual QAs
of our sites and features Contribute creative assets
(such as: marketing advertisements and sales slide decks) look on-brand, consistent and elevated Your Experience. You have...
UI design work that demonstrates:
aesthetic breadth (ability to work with different brand aesthetics), elevated visual sense UX design work that demonstrates:
flexibility and adaptability based on business needs and what is technically possible, clear and low-friction user experience flow details; clear information hierarchy, and empathy with the end user and consideration of accessibility Phenomenal attention to detail Excellent communications skills
with external clients AND with engineers "Just Try It" attitude:
you are excited about the challenging of working with a complex design system, getting a million small details branded, and finding creative solutions as challenges arise A team player
mentality: you like to share "wins" and value giving and receiving feedback in a constructive and respectful way 3-8 years
of experience in UI/UX design Expert Figma skills
including strong ability to create interactive prototypes Demonstrated ability to manage
highly complex systems and variants Good
Adobe Creative Suite skills

$125,000 - $165,000 a year
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible for equity as well, and all employees are eligible for a full benefits package including employee and dependent healthcare and 401(k) enrollment.
Our team of over 50 employees is currently remote-first, with an office in NYC and optional in-person work for those located in the area. We have company offsites twice a year to bring the full team together in person, and occasional travel is expected as part of the job.
