The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is under the general direction of the Vice-President of Operations and must have hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms and have the ability to lead marketing projects operationally, analytically, creatively, and resourcefully, focusing on Mobile Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and SEO. This position will work as a team with the marketing department, agencies, and other members of the organization to provide strategic guidance and work to bring the Tours4fun story to life across marketing channels.

Plan, supervise, and lead all aspects of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to mobile, SEO, social media, email, affiliate, paid search and remarketing, campaigns with a heavy focus on growing non-paid, social and mobile channels. Drive sales growth across key priority segments of the business by leading brand campaign development and implementation across the organization. Develop and implement strategy and content for all agency and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Collect and maintain online analytics for digital marketing channels. Identify trends that can be translated into online initiatives to drive customer engagement and reach. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on website, mobile, and social media analytics. Assist with strategy and implementation of digital advertising to achieve goals within budget. Assist with the strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities. Provide strategic guidance across key business drivers. Provide direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project. Responsible for tracking marketing strategy results and creating detailed after-action reviews inclusive of comprehensive analysis. Continuously identify new growth and brand experience opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Managing of a Team

Maintain an atmosphere that attracts, retains and motivates top quality team members. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, lead, support, inspire, develop, promote and guide team members. Model outstanding behavior, conduct evaluations, coach team members, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary. Set quarterly and annual goals with team members as well as provide guidance and track progress results. Working Relationships

The incumbent will work closely with Product, Marketing and Web teams including Accounting, Human Resources and Management teams, as well as International Teams. May also be required to work with other departments on an as-needed basis. Supervision Given

This position supervises the T4F Marketing Team. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing in the retail field, 3+ years of proven team management experiences, including agencies. Advanced knowledge of all digital marketing aspects with hands-on experience in the management, execution and optimization of marketing channels including mobile, SEO, social media, email, paid search, affiliate programs, and re-marketing initiatives as well as branding and content. Experience in mobile advertising platforms - Facebook, Google, Twitter, and in-app advertising platforms. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Working knowledge of marketing automation software for e-mail marketing such as Mail Chimp and/or Marketo. Strategic reasoning and critical thinking, analyze a wide range of inputs, identify opportunities and develop strategies. Strong management abilities to manage diversified marketing campaigns. Proven ability to create, plan and manage a $1M marketing budget and provide predictable results. Excellent marketing research and analytical, testing and optimization skills. Highly creative and aggressive in exploring and executing new opportunities to maximize growth. Must possess excellent communication skills to communicate and manage both internal and external team members within the organization including marketing agencies and vendors.
