Senior Manager, Corporate Reputation Communications Hyatt seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Reputation Communications to join our Global Communications team in Chicago. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader communications team as well as senior leaders across the organization, including executive management. You will be instrumental in promoting and protecting Hyatt’s corporate reputation as a purpose-led company and leader in the hospitality industry. The Role The Senior Manager, Corporate Reputation Communications is responsible for developing and executing communications strategies to promote and protect Hyatt’s corporate reputation. The individual in this position will be a media relations expert with extensive relationships and knowledge across the most influential business publications and multimedia channels. The individual will also be versed in issues and crisis communications and prepared for rapid response to issues that threaten to damage Hyatt’s corporate reputation. Focus areas will include: Executive Visibility & Business Media Relations Maintaining and building key media relationships Identifying and supporting impactful speaking engagements Enhancing online presence for executives Developing talking points and conducting prep sessions with executives Liaising with Investor Relations on business storytelling opportunities Participating in real-time issues and crisis response management Qualifications

Experience Required: 10+ years in corporate communications experience with corporate reputation and issues/crisis communications required. Degree in marketing, PR, communications, journalism, or related field of study Proven experience collaborating effectively with global and cross-functional partners The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. The salary range for this position is $108,800 to $140,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, etc.
