Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr iCare is a trusted partner in ophthalmic management offering cutting-edge medical devices for screening and diagnosing ocular diseases. iCare's product line includes retinal imaging, fundus perimeters, rebound tonometers, and software solutions. The company focuses on ease of use, operational reliability, and innovative technology to enhance the quality of eye care. The purpose of the role: Develop and implement marketing strategy for iCare US, in line with the global company strategies and goals. Build strong annual marketing plans with measurable activities, set clear KPIs and support holistic and successful marketing and sales funnel execution. Increase the iCare brand awareness in the US in aligned way to support the long-term position and success creation in the US market. Support the US Sales with locally created campaigns and sales supportive marketing collaterals in addition to the global materials to reach short-term sales goals and to create product awareness. Lead the local marketing team and act as a key internal stakeholder in US business supporting decision making by marketing intelligence and measured efficacy data of our marketing activity. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that is both aligned with global guidance and adaptable to the US market. Ensure all marketing activities are tracked and measurable, helping guide decision-making through data and analytics. Focus on supporting the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion, with the right marketing assets at each stage. Lead the creation of marketing materials that support the US Sales team, aligning with their goals and objectives. Ensure all campaigns, visuals, and messaging remain consistent with the global brand while being optimized for local needs.

Content Marketing:

Lead the US execution of the global content strategy, adapting and optimizing global materials for the local market. Collaborate with the US Downstream Marketing team to fine-tune content that resonates with US audiences while respecting the core global messaging.

Brand Management:

Actively contribute to global brand-building initiatives while focusing on executing these strategies in the US. Oversee brand consistency in all locally produced materials, ensuring they align with the global iCare brand book and visual identity.

Digital Marketing:

Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts. Oversee the US website, ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with global messaging, while identifying needs for localized content. Manage social media channels to ensure consistent tone-of-voice and adherence to global guidelines.

Tradeshows and Events:

Manage iCare’s presence at physical and digital trade shows, ensuring the brand’s visual identity and messaging are consistently presented, in line with global business line objectives. Ensure that events are not only representative of the brand but also designed to generate meaningful sales leads.

Media Planning:

Create and execute external media plans for print and digital channels, ensuring that ads are in line with global branding and messaging guidelines. Lead the US marketing team, including direct reports such as the Marketing Director, Tradeshow Manager, and Digital Marketing Coordinator. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment across different teams and sharing insights globally.

Key Skills and Qualities:

Strategic & Tactical Expertise:

Strong experience in creating and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B or similar environment. Understanding of how marketing and sales work together to build effective funnels, from lead generation to conversion.

Brand Awareness & Global Alignment:

Deep understanding of the importance of global branding and the ability to implement that consistently within local markets. Skilled in adapting global materials and working with local teams to fill in gaps where needed, always maintaining global messaging. Excellent communication skills, particularly in written content, with an eye for tone-of-voice and ensuring messaging consistency. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and geographies, managing stakeholders both locally and globally, and contributing to cross-functional synergies.

Attention to Detail & Quality:

A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality marketing materials that align with iCare’s global brand standards. Ability to maintain brand integrity in all touchpoints, from digital content to physical event materials. Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team while also driving collaboration across departments. Ability to manage both internal resources and external partners, balancing timelines, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
