Job description summary

As Vice President, Marketing Technology and Operations, you will play a critical role in maximizing Candescent's marketing impact and efficiencies. Key focus is to implement a new stand-alone marketing function, support raising our new brand profile, and drive demand and growth activities. You will be a key member of marketing leadership while tightly collaborating with CIO, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Alliances, Business Partner peers, and consultants.

Position summary

This position will lead technology, data, processes and talent enablement for the marketing organization. The goal is to optimize workflow, systems and data for enhanced speed, scale and ROI. You will accomplish this through martech vision, operational discipline, strategic planning, financial management, performance measurement, marketing resource utilization, and skills development.

You must be a leader, accustomed to constantly improving, elevating and challenging the marketing function. You will be highly experienced in B2B marketing management.

Responsibilities

Be the keeper of the marketing plan of record and ensure delivery on projects, budgets and results Establish a "rhythm of the business" that synchronizes marketing within the company clock and coordinates with related functions Introduce agile/lean practices to marketing team to provide prioritization and capacity management, and drive experimentation and quick learning Map processes and recommend improvements based on industry standards, fine-tuned specifically for Candescent's environment Create, maintain and optimize the martech stack powering our B2B marketing programs; deploy instances from the ground up and train the organization Build out and refine a Webflow website, reducing need for additional agency support and speeding up production cycles Establish and scale brand campaigns, demand generation and nurtures across multiple customer segments and product lines Establish and measure OKRs, ROI. marketing attribution and performance including pipeline visibility and reporting Deliver operation efficiencies to reduce cycle times and ensure highest use of budget and resources Facilitate team training and development programs and opportunities Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 12-15 years of enterprise marketing management, technology and operational experience, preferably in a B2B, services or technology industry Passion for digital technology, the digital marketing landscape and tech developments Deep understanding of martech platforms development and deployment Experience leveraging top marketing automation, creative suites, sales enablement, ABM, web CMS, advertising and social platforms Data, analytics and reporting track record Outstanding leadership, verbal and written communication skills Constant curiosity and constructive personality combined with ability to engage leadership, peers, team and external resources; work the problem, own the solution Ability to provide presentations to decision makers and executive level participants The drive to build a better future Benefits

Salary Range: $192,500.00 - $307,500.00 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
