Role As a Web Developer at Peregrine, you’ll be responsible for building, evolving, and maintaining our website in close partnership with the design, marketing, and leadership teams. You will focus on implementing robust, scalable front-end solutions, integrating marketing tools, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate can think systematically, communicate technical decisions effectively, and iterate quickly to meet business goals. About You
Passion for delivering exceptional web experiences that prioritize usability and performance Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Own and maintain Peregrine’s Framer instance, including all its pages, components, and content management system Configure and optimize HubSpot and related platforms to enhance data tracking, drive lead generation, and deliver personalized user experiences Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a seamless, delightful experience Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities to enhance website capabilities while sharing insights with the broader team What We Look For
5+ years of experience in web development, specializing in building dynamic and responsive websites Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development practices Experience integrating and optimizing marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot Experience with collaborative workflows and version control systems such as Git Demonstrated success in testing, debugging, and optimizing website performance Detail-oriented mindset with a solid grasp of SEO best practices and accessibility standards Readiness to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to optimize our website Salary Range: $120,000 - $210,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable) Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, certifications or licenses, and specific work location.
