- Job Description - Report directly to the Design Director, providing regular updates on project status, creative direction, and any potential challenges or opportunities. - Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of creative graphics and content for sales & marketing across print and digital platforms. - Take charge of creating banners and product detail pages for the company website, ensuring they align with brand standards and marketing objectives. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for packaging and design ideas for cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and accessories products, and take responsibility for the creative direction of projects. - Evaluate market trends and competitor packaging designs, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. - Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
