We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Content & Design to support our marketing team in executing content strategies, managing creative assets, and enhancing brand presence across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in implementing and coordinating the marketing team's content strategy, maintaining the overall master content calendar.
- Work with the sales team to organize property-level and resident-level participation in case studies, interviews, and testimonials.
- Assist in executing photo shoots, video production, and other creative content initiatives to enhance brand storytelling.
- Provide Photoshop and design support for marketing assets, ensuring high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms.
- Support the development of social media graphics, email banners, presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials to align with brand guidelines.
- Assist the Team Lead with content and creative assets for digital campaigns, including landing pages, social media ads, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for content design.
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and photography is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a passion for storytelling and creativity.
