Digital Creative Marketing Intern- Real Estate

Essential Duties :
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media and marketing efforts, using insights to drive decisions.
  • Stay abreast of Web3 standards, new technologies, and trends in digital marketing, including Artificial Intelligence platforms like CoPilot, ChatGPT, and MidJourney.
  • Assistance in drafting and distributing Public Relations notices to media.
  • Explore and integrate mobile applications such as CapCut into our content creation process.
  • Assist in organizing and managing marketing events and campaigns.

  • Possesses a natural understanding of today's internet ecosystem, with the ability to strategically communicate and disseminate a brand message across various platforms through multiple campaign strategies. Demonstrates an innate sense for digital trends and the capacity to leverage these insights in crafting compelling, cohesive marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in or blend of disciplines in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • (ALL REQUIRED) Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Web3 standards, AI platforms (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT, MidJourney), and mobile content creation apps (e.g., CapCut).
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and open to learning and adopting new technologies and innovative marketing strategies.

Education and Professional Experience
Candidate must have completed their junior year in a college and be enrolled as a student currently, or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business or a related field.

Attendance/Travel
This position is part time/nonexempt/hourly. The hours worked during the summer or school year will not exceed 20 hours a week. Position may extend if the candidate is a solid fit. This position also requires regular attendance and active participation at all company functions and events.

Licenses/Equipment
A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill the job's functions.

Physical Demands
Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The employee will be regularly required to sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
