Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Studio Lead Instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studio - Colorado Springs North located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Studio Lead Instructor will be responsible for providing dance instruction, education, teaching, and enhancing the dance and music experience for students and staff.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of ballroom dance instruction and performance.
- Must be certified to teach in Bronze & Silver American Styles in either Fred Astaire, DIVIDA or Arthur Murray Syllabus. OR A Bachelor's degree in Ballroom Dance.
- Experience in training staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
