Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional digital products that seamlessly integrate into our transportation solutions. This role requires a hybrid of UX and UI work within the HMI (Human Machine Interface) Design team, focusing on the in-vehicle design experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences through high-fidelity designs, animations, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity 2D and 3D designs, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Develop interactive animations and motion graphics to enhance user engagement.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.

• Conduct and facilitate user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions for design iteration.

• Ensure consistency and coherence across in-vehicle interfaces, as well as web, mobile, and app experiences.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

• Contribute to the development of the design process and toolchain.

• Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices in an R&D environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within the automotive or related industry.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Demonstrated prototyping abilities using tools like Figma or ProtoPie.

• Experience with 3D tools and animation, such as C4D and After Effects.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Experience designing complex products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D work, animation, and motion graphics.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Passion for automotive technology and a keen interest in shaping the future of mobility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kanzi, Unity, or Unreal Engine.

• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
