Senior Designer, Sports Marketing - Contractor

Responsibilities:
- A conceptual designer who can develop differentiated ideas and carry it past the conceptual stages into execution.
- Swiss-army knife designer - that can easily work in print as well as the digital world producing polished interaction design of the highest caliber.
- You'll design everything from big activation ideas and event experiences to cohesive design systems, prototyping apps, websites, and anything else our internal client or creative team at large needs.
- Partner with internal teams (especially product marketing, content marketing and campaigns) to develop clear, breakthrough, on-brand work.
- You'll need to be adaptable. This job requires managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of advertising/design agency corporate creative team experience.
- Your portfolio demonstrates problem-solving for B2B brands that’s both conceptual and results-driven.
- Highly proficient in selling ideas and partnering cross-functionally to develop and present compelling, strategic presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Experience developing motion graphic animations.
- Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and external agency partners to create compelling written and designed work.
- Interpret creative direction, follow brand tone and style guides, and keep a beginner’s mind.
- Stay on top of marketing trends and best practices. And be driven to convert complex and tech into approachable and human.
- Possess a strong understanding of creative strategies and briefs, with a demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions that meet defined objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to push the boundaries.
- Capable of executing even under ambiguous circumstances.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google slides.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AI programs like Midjourney and Runway.
- Branding and Design System experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products, especially Agentforce and Salesforce’s AI solutions.
- Have some experience with corporate marketing and branding, and a clear understanding of marketing strategies and concepts.
