About the opportunity
Were looking for a content marketer who loves creating promoting and amplifying amazing stories for webinars and virtual events. The right person will have an eye for topquality B2B marketing content and a datadriven mindset to help connect content strategy to business results. Youll play a key role in elevating Contentfuls field marketing event marketing and content marketing programs to ensure we serve the right content to the right customer at the right time. Youll be measured on your ability to translate key messaging into helpful actionoriented webinar and event content that accelerates pipeline and brings qualified leads to our sales team. What to expect
Align Contentful webinar strategy with industry trends planned campaigns thought leadership priorities sales and customer needs and communitydriven topics of interest Own our webinar strategyincluding how we serve fullfunnel campaigns global audiences multiproduct stories Collaborate with product marketers field marketing event marketers demand gen experts MarOps designers sales professionals enablement managers senior leaders customers and industry experts to:
Engage key stakeholders to align the content strategy and organizational goals with overall webinar themes Manage and prepare speakers (including senior executives both internally and externally) Create promotional copy for prospect and customer emails internal enablement and social media channels Develop a strategy for using webinars and virtual events to build our global database of marketing leaders lead execution accordingly Create compelling landing pages and manage web copy to encourage registrationboth live and ondemand Develop webinar scripts and decks that provide wildly practical helpful lessons on how to deliver the digital experiences customers expect Create postevent email programs that keep our audience engaging learning and moving deeper toward decision phase Set up host and technicallymanage all webinars and virtual event logistics (including serving as a key constituent for tooling consideration and management) Help us work smarter not harder by brainstorming how we can best repurpose each asset (e.g. edit webinars and digital events into snackable content) Measure results (through evaluations attendance and feedback) on all content and communicate findings back to key stakeholders
and modify processes to adopt best practices and incorporate feedback as appropriate
Publish and internally socialize final pieces to all appropriate channels to ensure all our internal partners can leverage the content you produce where appropriate Partner with PMM and Content Director to develop and manage a scalable Events Kit that provides field marketing and events teams with an alwaysuptodate kit including:
Talk track and slides to present on stage for priority stories we need to land and repeat Promotion copy and creative to inspire attendees to join Event abstracts Messaging and creative for booth installations Content recommendations for print or digital DTAs Guidance for booth managers and field team who is staffing events Etc anything that will make it easy for our bench of speakers and event team to show up and deliver a consistent compelling creative experience in a really scalable way
What you need to be successful
510 years leading webinar programs with a portfolio showcasing B2B event / webinar success Previous experience working with Csuite or other senior leaders to execute on event scripts and content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders Demonstrated success with driving revenue through webinar and content marketing A high sense of urgency and organization while juggling multiple projects. Experience working on event content and agenda creation will be helpful in this role as will experience working with an event production team Bachelors degree in Marketing Journalism or relevant field preferred Proven ability to follow editorial governance and coach other writers and vendors to ensure content is consistent with brand voice style and tone Whats in it for you
