Purpose: Leads Marketing Strategy for the Migraine Portfolio in collaboration with Heads of Marketing and Key Crossfunctional Partners. Provides positive leadership and influence across the Franchise Business Unit and Enterprise. Leverages data and insights with a strategic mindset in all aspects of leading portfolio initiatives that will positively impact the business and customers. Effectively orchestrates across teams and external partners including agencies. Responsibilities:

Leadership:

delivers on the One AbbVie leadership model with an enterprise mindset. Influences cocreates and engages across a matrix within marketing and with crossfunctional partners. Leads a team portfolio marketers and acts as a peer leader with HCP and Consumer brand teams. Marketing Strategy:

provides overarching marketing leadership and guidance to establish marketing strategic and tactical plans for portfolio initiatives including market access pull through with HCPs and key short /longterm strategic projects. Strategic Planning & Operations:

oversight of key marketing deliverables for the portfolio that may include planning organization follow up and execution. May include sales team cycle planning and/or competitor readiness planning for example. Action and Accountability:

determines the appropriate action execution monitoring and optimization of marketing plans. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Impact:

ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategic action plans that will achieve business and educational objectives that results in positive customer experience and impact

Qualifications : Bachelors Degree required A minimum of 5 years of marketing in pharmaceutical industry HCP professional promotion marketing experience preferred Experience leading strategic planning and proficiency with marketing fundamentals required Experience working with retail pharma products and/or large priority brands Crossfunctional and/or similar experiences including field sales leadership HCP education and market access a plus Demonstrated success and impact on more than one brand and/or therapeutic area Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of marketing in pharmaceutical industry Key Stakeholders: Market Access & Patient Services Heads of Marketing for Migraine Brands Customer Engagement Team Head of Sales Consumer Marketing Franchise Operations & Communications Compliance MRP Integrated Brand Teams

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
