ProCare Rx is hiring: Senior RFP Writer in Gainesville

The Senior RFP Writer is responsible for the oversight of the RFP team.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the RFP team’s activities
2. Satisfy all RFP deliverables
3. Oversee and train interns for RFP fulfillment and proofreading
4. Assist in managing the RFP process from inception to delivery.
5. Oversee the building and enhancement of the RFP response databases.
6. Proofread and edit newsletters, patient surveys, and other company documents. Member documents will be written or edited using a readability scale.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Ability to work effectively under very tight deadlines and schedules.
2. Work effectively as a team player to accomplish company goals
3. Possess excellent writing and communication skills.
4. Proficient in or familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light to medium lifting.
