Fingerpaint Marketing is currently seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a passion for design, usability, motion, and craft to join our team on a permanent basis. If you’re an expert in all things UX/UI design, possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and have experience in healthcare marketing, we would love to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Experienced and motivated self-starter able to own projects and find a competitive creative edge.
  2. Expertise in creating atomic, modular design systems using Figma.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities, able to get to the heart of user challenges and separate content, form, and function.
  4. Interactive prototyping and user flow presentation from low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity user interfaces.
  5. Comfortable discussing and rationalizing design decisions and taking feedback from stakeholders and client teams.
  6. Enjoy designing cohesive brand experiences across a range of digital touchpoints – from websites and apps to interactive kiosks.
  7. Good collaborator, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills.

Skills Required:

  1. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  2. Excellent communication and organization skills.
  3. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  4. Ability to work across multiple projects, prioritize accordingly, and work to agreed deadlines.
  5. Pro-active self-starter with the flexibility to work well in a team, or on stand-alone projects if required.
