About KSFY/KDLT:

KSFY/KDLT is an award-winning television operation serving viewers in the eastern half of South Dakota as well as portions of southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa. The stations operate from a new studio in downtown Sioux Falls as one re-branded organization called Dakota News Now. The Dakota News Now team produces 36 hours of news each week.

Job Summary/Description:

The Creative Services Producer will be involved in all media aspects of commercial production with local businesses. They will also assist in additional production involving promoting the image brand of Dakota News Now.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Work closely with Creative Services Director, Creative Staff, Sales/Marketing Team, and Local Business owners in various productions.
2. Manage multiple jobs simultaneously that are produced on schedule.
3. Write scripts, shoot, and edit video commercials/special programming at a high professional standard.
4. Graphic/Animation design for on-air/print/digital platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Degree in Mass Communications, Video Editing, or similar degree of study.
2. Experience with non-linear editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Ability to work well with a variety of people and formats.
