Job Description:

As the Customer Service Department Manager, you'll lead a team of 40+ dedicated customer service representatives, both on-site and remote. Your primary focus will be to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction for our online sales customers through phone, live chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the customer service department, using previous leadership experience to drive results.
  2. Inspire and energize the team to boost performance and morale.
  3. Strategically prioritize and manage tasks for optimal efficiency.
  4. Enhance service quality and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Empower team members with decision-making responsibilities.
  6. Manage employee schedules for chat and phone support, ensuring effective coverage.
  7. Implement a ticketing project management system to improve workflow and track progress.
  8. Foster a supportive and familial team environment through strong relationships.
  9. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
  10. Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
  11. Streamline service processes and operations for increased efficiency.
  12. Gain insights into customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  13. Create and implement training programs to develop team skills and performance.
  14. Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven leadership experience, especially in customer service or related fields.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a diverse team.
  3. Proficiency in customer service software for managing multi-channel support is preferred.
  4. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  5. Experience in data analysis and reporting to enhance departmental performance.
