Job Description:
RE/MAX is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and focus on publishing content across various network hubs for the U.S., Canada and Luxury, as well as supporting content calendars and updates with global and commercial teams and their hubs. The role is responsible for curating and publishing content across various websites that helps keep the network informed (and take action) on solutions and services. There will be a variety of content and adaptations provided from various cross-functional teams – consumer marketing to tech and solutions to recruiting and growth. This role will organize and publish content based on customer types for the RE/MAX network. Additional responsibilities include supporting content creation for the RE/MAX Media Network when needed, laying out pages and flowing content that helps fulfill various agreements.
As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing your time across all tasks and meeting deadlines.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
- Build pages and maintain content across numerous websites – WordPress experience required.
- Write descriptive marketing copy for posts that help describe content and how the network may use them.
- Proficient using content blocks, embedding video, laying out pages and flowing content and updates across numerous sites.
- Bring numerous content and media pieces together to create an impactful and interactive experience for users – text, video, graphics and various call to actions and conversions depending on need.
- Help optimize pages and content for testing and performance, SEO implications, etc. depending on need.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, instructional design, or equivalent.
Years of Experience:
- 1+ years content marketing experience
Preferred Licensing, Certificates, and Skills:
- Proficient with CMS tools like WordPress and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Ceros, Descript, etc.
- Ability to effectively work on a team and manage your daily tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively to develop successful and shareable content.
- Ability to report on key metrics.
Standard Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong planning, copywriting and editing skills to generate a large volume of content that will be used across numerous internal and external channels and tailored to specific audience segments.
- Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and the function and fulfills responsibilities of the job.

Hire Range/Rate:
$50,000 - $56,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
