Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Veras is an AI-powered workforce management platform designed for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We optimize scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency, helping facilities save time and money. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketing content manager to build out our content strategy and execution.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Content Manager to create and manage high-quality content across multiple formats, including video, graphics, case studies, blog posts, and email campaigns. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our website, engaging prospects, and improving communication with current clients.
Note: While this is intended to be a full-time role, we are open to candidates seeking a contract-based engagement to begin.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing – Create engaging short-form videos, “Tip of the Week” tutorials, and promotional content to educate and engage clients.
- Graphic Design – Design brochures, white papers, one-pagers, and in-app marketing assets using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Content Writing & AI Editing – Develop and refine AI-generated blog posts, case studies, and email newsletters to align with our brand voice.
- Website Enhancements – Work with leadership to improve and expand content on our website. Experience with Webflow or WordPress is a plus.
- Client Engagement Marketing – Manage new feature announcement emails, client success stories, and other customer-facing marketing efforts.
- Social Media & Distribution – Help repurpose content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field (recent grads welcome).
- Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Descript, or similar).
- Solid graphic design experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently with AI writing tools to accelerate content production.
- Self-starter with the ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or SEO for web content.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or workforce management industries.
