- Ability to learn the Burson influencer process and deliver against it day-to-day, with the confidence to challenge and improve elements where needed.
- An understanding of best practice for planning and execution throughout the full process, with a solid understanding of creative thinking as it relates to influencers, sourcing, platform dynamics, contracting, payments, tools, amplification through paid, and measurement.
- A perspective on influencer problem-solving, to support our client and Burson teams with specific issues like negotiation, NIL rights, content review and more.
- An understanding of influencer tiers and how different types of influencers play different roles, as well as how to budget fairly for our campaigns.
- Expert in sourcing, with a knowledge of how to find the right people, the tools to do this, and a way of working that delivers it.
- Experience in influencer and creator measurement and reporting.
- 3-4 years of experience with a focus in the lifestyle & cultural influencer space; agency experience ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups.
