About the Role
You get the opportunity to build our Marketing Team from the ground up. As our new Marketing Manager you will be a critical driver of ICP’s brand strategy, responsible for elevating brand identity, enhancing our online presence, managing key events, and executing performance marketing campaigns. This individual will ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences while delivering measurable business impact.
This critical role requires expertise in brand management , performance marketing , and brand awareness initiatives to ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and effectively reaches our target audience. You'll be at the forefront of building ICP's reputation as an industry leader while driving measurable results across various channels.
How you will make an impact:
- Lead ICP’s brand strategy and oversee consistent execution across all channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan in support of client development goals and ICP’s strategic plan
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity globally and internal/external communication channels
- Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic approaches that effectively engage target audiences, driving awareness and impact for key topics, industries, practices, thought leadership, and community initiatives
Performance Marketing
- Campaign Management:Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Oversee digital presence and optimize use of the website and client relationship management system (CRM) to support thought leadership campaigns, client alerts, webinars, events, and announcements.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like, HubSpot to leverage insights to refine strategies, improve ROI and to inform internal stakeholders about high-performing content
Brand Marketing
- Strengthen and elevate our brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful thought leadership content, including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, blog posts and social media and website content.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to engage with key audiences and foster industry recognition.
- Create Communications and PR plans to support thought leadership efforts and business development goals
Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute client-focused events, webinars, and industry conferences to showcase our expertise and foster relationships.
- Oversee event logistics, from vendor coordination to marketing material creation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate and serve as liaison for internal stakeholders with sponsored conferences, including agenda, invite lists, content creation, speakers, and follow up
- Evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics, using insights to enhance future initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate and partner with business development, client partners and global heads to identify, prioritize and execute marketing and communications initiatives that align with strategic business development goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing and communications professionals to create opportunities for collaboration and ongoing professional growth
- Partner with ICP leadership on strategic priorities
- Ensure synergy between performance, brand, and event marketing efforts for a cohesive go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Bring:
- You’re not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on doer, with the ability to seamlessly translate vision into actionable execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related Business concentration; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a professional service or Martech environment.
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on brand management, performance marketing, and events.
- A creative thinker who can translate ideas into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A passion for storytelling and connecting with people through impactful branding.
- Excellent understanding of branding, media relations, digital marketing, and content creation to drive business development efforts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft messages for diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing marketing budgets
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM/PIM) industry and curiosity in technology that supports a growing global organization.
