About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Commerce and Retail Media to join their dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in defining and delivering the company's holistic commerce and retail media vision and strategy. This role involves managing a large, distributed team, fostering a culture of media excellence, and ensuring operational and customer-centricity in all media planning and buying activities. The SVP will also be responsible for supporting business development, leading key client relationships, and actively participating in the development of the company's forward-looking vision for commerce and retail media. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in professional services, and 3 years specifically in either a Retail Media Network or a Brand executing retail media. The role requires a deep understanding of the US retail environment, including the AdTech necessary for retail media advertising, and a proven track record in building and managing complex business processes in a high-growth environment. The SVP will be expected to champion innovation, identify emerging trends, and technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic commerce and retail solutions that meet market and client needs. Client stewardship is also a key aspect of the role, involving regular reviews, and providing executive-level guidance on integrated media planning efforts.
