About the Role
The company is on the lookout for a driven Senior Vice President of Retail and Commerce Media to join a dynamic and innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape and implement the company’s comprehensive vision and strategy for commerce and retail media. You will lead a large, distributed team, cultivate a culture of excellence, and prioritize customer satisfaction in all media planning and buying initiatives.
As SVP, you will play a significant role in business development, manage key client relationships, and actively contribute to the forward-thinking vision of commerce and retail media. To thrive in this position, you should possess at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in professional services, and 3 years specifically focused on a Retail Media Network or brand executing retail media strategies.
A deep understanding of the US retail environment, particularly relating to AdTech for retail media advertising, is essential. You will have a proven track record of constructing and overseeing complex business processes in a high-growth context. You will also be expected to drive innovation, spot emerging trends and technologies, and work with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive commerce and retail solutions that align with market and client demands.
Client stewardship is also a vital component of this role. This includes conducting regular reviews and delivering executive-level insights on integrated media planning initiatives.
