8am-5pm CST Pay rate : $45-$50.21/hr Responsibilities: Designs and develops self-guided and instructor-led learning experiences for global audiences. Demonstrates and utilizes consultation skills, needs analysis, time management, and course development skills. Experience designing and developing blended-learning solutions including, multi-media scripts, and action learning experiences. Work collaboratively with project team, SMEs, and stakeholders. Requirements: Experience in technical writing, course development, and creating content for diverse audiences. Skilled in designing engaging learning experiences using adult learning theory and various instructional design methodologies (classroom, self-guided, virtual). Strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and attention to detail to meet deadlines effectively. Ability to tackle complex challenges, identify creative solutions, and manage tactical issues efficiently. Proficient in learning technologies (LMS, LCMS), adaptable to new tools, with excellent writing, presentation, and collaboration skills. Thrives in fast-paced environments, works independently with minimal direction, and contributes innovative, results-driven solutions.
