Role: Womens Apparel Designer Rate: $30-$32/hr (based on experience) Location: Fully Onsite in Minneapolis Start/End: 2-3 Interviews Job Description: Responsibilities: Design and create women's apparel collections that align with current fashion trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet consumer needs and brand vision. Prepare detailed technical sketches and specifications for each design. Create CADs (Computer-Aided Designs), mood boards, and technical packs to communicate design concepts effectively. Source fabrics and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final products. Qualifications: Proven experience in apparel design, particularly for women's clothing. Strong understanding of textile properties and garment construction. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
