Responsibilities

As a Creative Project Manager, job duties include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and creative briefs to guide the project from start to finish.
• Work directly with clients to understand project objectives and requirements, ensuring their needs are clearly documented and communicated to the team.
• Manage project schedules, asset reviews, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Communicate key project milestones and plans with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Produce and present reports for plan owners and management, including traffic reports and timesheets.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative production environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of creative production processes and workflows.
• Ability to provide accurate time estimates for production work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
