The Project Manager will oversee client projects, internal operations, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery. This role is client-facing and involves managing timelines, budgets, and communication across all stages of a project.

The Project Manager will oversee client projects, internal operations, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery. This role is client-facing and involves managing timelines, budgets, and communication across all stages of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects from planning to post-production.
- Track schedules, budgets, and progress using project management tools.
- Collaborate with internal creatives and external vendors on deliverables.
- Lead meetings, take notes and follow up on actions items.
- Maintain clear client communication and ensure timelines are met.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years in project management, preferably in a creative environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Proficient in Google Suite, project management tools (Asana, Monday), and basic creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (media, communications, etc.).
- Experience with creative processes and photo/video shoots is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9-5 (with flexibility for deadlines and on-site needs).
