This role is located at our beautiful headquarters on River Drive in Moline, IL. This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As a Bilingual Video Teller, you will consistently use exceptional service skills and display willingness to help our member's needs. This role engage's members and seek opportunities to expand member relationships with the Credit Union while providing service and support through video capabilities. This will include performing teller transactions, presenting a service that will meet a financial need or solving a complex problem for a member via video. All experiences should be memorable, professional and accurate.

- Relative experience in customer support, problem solving and providing quality service is preferred.
- High level of integrity and commitment to exceptional member service with genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, actively listen and develop strong member relationships.
- Strong attention to detail skills and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented with the flexibility to adapt and support various member needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Imagine using face time technology to help members from anywhere through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITM).
- Providing exceptional member service while accurately processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.
- Actively provide solutions, products and services to benefit the members needs.
- The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm including Saturdays 8am-12pm.
- Anticipated start date for this position is March 10, 2024.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
