A client of Insight Global is looking for a UX Research Operations Specialist to help create and support a research enablement program. This person will be overseeing UX research to teach best practices as well as guide and mentor fellow UX employees on how to more effectively conduct research to drive UX design. This individual will also be helping manage and the recruitment process to more efficient gather test subject for research studies. Pay rate is between $60 and &70/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in research operations experience, specifically with enablement and democratization of research and recruitment
- Solid understanding of UX research
- Comfortable learning new research tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
o Great collaborator, positive, enthusiastic, etc.
Strategic and process-oriented thinker
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Maze experience
