or
Associate Director, Product Marketing
for
Audience Solutions and Analytics
to join our growing team in
Redwood City
on a hybrid schedule. This expert resource will help bring PubMatic’s Audience Solutions Suite to market for buyers, data partners, and publishers, while supporting innovation and foundational capabilities across Analytics and Monetization. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders from product, sales, customer success, and marketing to translate our product vision into impactful go-to-market programs that propel adoption of our products. You’ll draw upon your experience in positioning, collecting and translating market intelligence into action, enabling commercial teams, and launching new products and features that meet and exceed customers’ needs. Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products, customers, market/industry trends, and competition. Collaborate with Product and Sales/Customer Success to identify ideal customer profiles (ICP), buyer personas and journey, and competitive landscape. Partner with business leaders and Go-To-Market teams to understand needs and develop scaled enablement strategies to support sales readiness and effectiveness across the areas of Audience Solutions, Analytics, and Monetization. Create and develop effective scaled marketing-sales collateral, assets, presentations, and other related materials that will be used to sell to PubMatic prospects and clients worldwide. Lead cross-functional efforts to create compelling positioning to drive internal alignment on go-to-market strategy and propel adoption with customers. Own the messaging frameworks, campaign plans, and processes needed to support our products through various stages including conception, development, launch, and growth. Build and execute a global product marketing strategy that entails high-impact tactics to drive awareness of, and engagement with, PubMatic’s Audience Solutions, Analytics, and Monetization initiatives. Own the data component of success: understand and track what is working for our customers and products and help turn that into compelling case studies. Requirements:
3+ years experience
in
product marketing
in a fast-paced environment. 5 to 7 years experience
in
marketing overall. Programmatic media experience
with a strong understanding of digital advertising. Ad tech audience solutions experience
- especially
audience targeting
and
data marketing analytics , and/or
monetization
is a huge plus. Have a passion for technology, and the drive and ownership to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Understand the ongoing challenges and opportunities with digital audience solutions. Experience in the
marketing of data ,
audience targeting ,
privacy ,
identity ,
analytics , or
monetization is a plus. Ability to prioritize, influence, and
work with cross-functional partners at all levels , partnering effectively with groups across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and other functions,
including senior leadership. Ability to work independently , make decisions in the face of ambiguity, navigate complexity, and iterate fast to adapt approach as needed. Proven track record in
creative thinking around compelling messaging and presentation strategies ; roll up your sleeves to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and services. Proven track record in
managing effectively in a fast-paced environment
and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proven track record of
working closely and strategically with Product teams
in developing product marketing strategies to drive product adoption across Audience Solutions, Analytics, and Monetization. Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize strategically, and organize priorities to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
