This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. The Role:

We are looking for a Vice President (VP) of Product Marketing to join our core Marketing team at Lumen. As a VP of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall product marketing strategy. You will lead the team of marketers responsible for the messaging, packaging, and delivery of our products to market, and work closely with our product team to implement new product strategies and lead customer research. This position reports to the Vice President of Content and Storytelling. The Main Responsibilities: Product Campaign Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow sales and revenue for the product, including events, campaigns, etc. Product Collateral:

Deliver datasheets, sales presentations, and Marketing BoM deliverables. Technical Marketing:

Develop and execute a technical marketing strategy to drive usage and cross sell of products. Customer Reference Architectures:

Define deployment architectures that further technical proof and validation. Customer Incentive Strategy:

Define program parameters of a customer incentive program and how investment funds to secure customers will be deployed. Lumen.com CSA & Product Pages:

Create and update content for external 1st party and 3rd party websites. Solution Design:

Develop technical architectures for common deployments. Proposed:

Provide boilerplate template proposals for Lumen product and service offers. Won / Customer Onboarding:

Manage Control Center onboarding and Customer Success onboarding. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to gather insights and drive product strategy. Oversee the creation of compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Lead competitive analysis and market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly. What We Look For in a Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related area, Master’s preferred 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in Product Marketing and Product Development. Extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. Experience developing Product Campaign Strategies and creating Product Collateral Experience developing and executing technical marketing strategies Compensation:

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges:
