About the role:

Tried and True Media (TNT) is a performance marketing powerhouse, generating over a billion dollars in sales through DTC customer acquisition.

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Agency Marketing to drive demand generation and boost our brand. You'll develop and execute innovative strategies that position our agency as an industry leader, guide prospects through the buying cycle, and generate quality leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate has performance marketing agency experience, a passion for cross-channel growth campaigns, and a proven track record in B2B brand awareness and client acquisition.

What You'll Do

1. Marketing Strategy and Analytics Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with TNT's performance goals, including annual plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs. Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify industry trends and customer needs. Analyze campaign performance across channels, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. 2. Brand Management and Positioning

Strengthen TNT's brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Position TNT as a leader in performance marketing through targeted branding campaigns and thought leadership initiatives. 3. Digital Marketing and Content Execution

Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, and social media campaigns to boost online visibility. Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases TNT's expertise, producing engaging blogs, newsletters, and industry insights to nurture prospects and build credibility. 4. Lead Generation and Sales Enablement

Design and execute innovative lead generation campaigns that attract and nurture potential clients through a structured sales funnel. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with lead generation goals and drive client acquisition. Qualifications:

7-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years at a marketing agency focused on promoting the agency rather than its clients. Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns. Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments. Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies. Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
