Position Type : Regular Full-Time Role Description This role will creatively lead experiential projects from concept to execution. We define Experiential as engaging consumers/attendees through direct participation in immersive and memorable experiences, and you will play an integral role in helping to develop these experiences. Primary Responsibilities

Drive creative concepting for activation experiences incorporating strategy, trends, and client/team brief i.e. – developing attendee experiences as part of a brand activation at a music festival or event. Your concepts consider what we want the attendee to feel and how that ladders up to the client/brand goals. Outline attendee journey detailing beat-by-beat experience for easy client understanding/sell-in. Pitch creative concepts to clients and obtain client approval by presenting final creative executions; responding to client feedback and requests. Concept social media extensions/amplifications of an activation experience. Inspire/direct Art Director(s) to author comprehensive project style guide accounting for all potential applications of a project’s visual identity. Work with Art Director(s) to identify and iterate on creative needs not specified in existing client brand guides. Partner with account and production teams to ensure creative concepts are feasible and geared towards hitting all client KPIs. Partner with vendors from a variety of disciplines to achieve an aligned creative execution across project media and applications. When appropriate, participate in site visits and attend events pre-, during, and post-production to ensure creative vision and standards are being met. Participate in client post-mortems and proactively apply learnings to the next project. Manage Creative Team, as applicable, assigning them to projects and ensuring their work meets agency and client standards. Contribute to agency financial health by providing feedback/guidance on creative team hours spent on projects (estimate vs actual), and – in partnership with budgeting team – estimating the time required for upcoming projects and pitches. Promote Creative Team work standards by defining and following agency production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems and identifying work process improvements. Proactively identify and flexibly respond to trends impacting clients and our business. Review best practices and integrate into the creative teams’ work. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually push creative boundaries and deliver cutting-edge experiences. Take ownership of creative team responsibilities and self-monitor progress, communicating to larger MC² team updates, challenges, concerns, etc. Deliver quality results in a timely manner, adhering to project/RFP due dates and milestones. Push for continuous, year-over-year improvement in results (e.g., continually raise the bar). Qualifications Minimum 5 to 7 years Creative experience in Experiential agency/environment. Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently. Assertive and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly, delegate projects, and manage multiple projects at once.
