Job Summary:

The Vice President of Digital Marketing & CRM is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role oversees digital marketing channels, customer data analytics, loyalty programs, and CRM technology to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Partner with Digital Marketing Agency on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee paid and organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Optimize marketing automation and personalization initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Drive performance marketing efforts to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

CRM & Customer Engagement

Lead CRM strategy to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using customer data. Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with marketing technology and platforms.

Customer Journey Development & Optimization

Design and implement customer journey maps across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Leverage data and behavioral insights to optimize each stage of the customer lifecycle-from awareness to retention. Develop dynamic, automated workflows that guide customers through tailored engagement paths. Continuously analyze and refine customer journeys based on feedback, analytics, and business objectives.

Data Analytics & Performance Measurement

Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and CRM initiatives. Explore AI and machine learning for predictive modeling and customer segmentation. Provide regular performance reports and insights to executive leadership.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop CRM team Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, merchandising, technology, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.

Desired Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, with leadership experience in retail industry. Skills:

Expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Proximity), and customer data analytics. Strong knowledge of paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing. Proven ability to lead teams and manage marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience with AI-driven marketing and personalization strategies is a plus.

Pay Range:

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
