Develop & Execute B2B Marketing Strategies
– Create and implement a full-scale enterprise marketing strategy targeting key B2B segments, ensuring brand visibility and lead generation. Own the Top-of-Funnel
– Build, experiment, and manage content marketing, digital campaigns, live events, and partnerships to drive warm leads for the sales pipeline. Lead Content & Channel Partnerships
– Establish content marketing efforts from scratch, develop key industry partnerships, and create a community-driven marketing approach. Host & Market at Events
– Organize exclusive networking dinners, conferences, and industry events to engage decision-makers and strengthen our brand presence. Data-Driven Growth & Optimization
– Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and performance metrics to continuously refine messaging, optimize conversion rates, and adapt marketing tactics. Scale Marketing Operations
– Design and implement scalable marketing programs that directly impact revenue growth, ensuring alignment with enterprise sales goals. Build & Lead a Marketing Team
– Mentor, expand, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, driving innovation and execution. About you
You’re a marketing powerhouse with
8+ years of B2B marketing experience , focused on enterprise growth. You’ve built and executed marketing strategies from scratch—not just managed existing ones. You’re a pro at demand generation, content marketing, digital strategy, and event marketing. You have experience in HR SaaS, payroll, or recruitment tech ( huge plus! ). You know how to align marketing and sales, optimizing for lead quality and conversion. You’re an innovator and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You have strong leadership skills and can grow and motivate a team to execute big ideas. You love data and use it to inform your decisions, test hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement. Perks
