Base Pay Range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Now Hiring: Vice President of Sales & Marketing . $170k-$200k Base Salary + Commissions / Bonus. Role requires up to 50% Travel. We are on the hunt for a Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing to join our company - a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial gears and gearboxes, serving diverse industries such as mining, steel production, energy, and more. This leadership role is critical to driving our growth, profitability, and market expansion efforts. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Lead Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions, aligning strategies with company objectives. Manage and mentor the Sales team (2 Outside Sales Reps in TX and OH + more Independent Outside Sales contractors). Develop and execute sales cycles, marketing strategies, and budgets to achieve targets. Expand market reach by identifying new opportunities and refining client engagement methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct estimating and quoting for sales. Oversee CRM systems, conduct market analysis, and ensure high standards in sales activities. Represent OCG at industry events and foster a team-driven environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred). 7+ years in Sales Management, with expertise in Business Development and CRM tools. 5 years minimum estimating and quoting experience. Experience in Mining, Steel Production, Energy, or Manufacturing industries. Experience in industrial gears and gearbox market-related industries is a plus. Strong market and customer insight, excellent communication skills, and leadership acumen. Willingness to travel up to 50% (most clients are in TX). What We Offer: Competitive Compensation -
