What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Execute DISCO’s communications strategy across website, email, in-app notifications, and other digital channels Implement customer lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and lifetime value Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging and user experiences Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve communications and achieve key KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and support departmental goals
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or a similar role Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, and Builder Strong understanding of digital communication channels and user engagement strategies Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaigns Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with Intercom and Builder Strong passion for digital marketing Previous experience using DISCO in a work or personal setting
