About the Team: Quizlet’s Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about crafting and executing impactful and effective programs to engage and delight our users. Our goal is to take an innovative, creative, and analytical approach to building strong relationships with our audiences while delivering business value through our Lifecycle marketing channels. We are a team that values consumer empathy, constant testing & iteration, and cross-functional collaboration. About the Role: We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help drive engagement, retention, and conversions through personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role will focus on executing and building lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging while contributing to strategy for specific audiences within our broader file. If you’re passionate about marketing automation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills while making a measurable impact. Our colocation work model supports employees both remotely and onsite each week. Employees are required to be in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by their manager or the company. This hybrid working environment facilitates collaboration, increases work efficiency, and enhances employee growth. In this role, you will:

Build, test, and launch lifecycle marketing campaigns in Braze, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and a seamless user experience Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to define campaign logic and integrate new events and user attributes for more personalized messaging Brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas that engage, delight, and drive meaningful interactions with the Quizlet audience, managing the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution, analysis, and optimization Develop and run A/B tests to continuously refine messaging, content, and targeting, optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven insights What you bring to the table:

3+ years of working on a high-performance Lifecycle Marketing team Attention to detail Ability to write compelling copy for various audiences Foundational knowledge of campaign build and execution in Lifecycle channels, such as email, push, and sms Ability to distill insights from campaign test data A focus on consumer empathy Bonus points if you have:
