What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content. This role is responsible for editing and finalizing post on all assets collected for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Build a variety of sets and lighting scenarios; source animators, colorists, and audio mix support as needed, and contribute to set design and setup.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production.
  • Handle video files and organize footage for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support studio and on-location productions for a range of brand needs – primarily focused on product.
  • Conceptualize and plan for productions in partnership with the creative team.
  • Direct talent and take active direction on set to set up and capture lifestyle and still life content.
  • Interpret feedback, problem solve and effectively implement changes.
  • Partner with Sr. Videographer to maintain the in-house photo studio space — including maintaining equipment, storage, software needs, identify needs and work towards continuous improvement of studio output.
  • Work with external partners to source assistance when needed, props, lighting, or rental equipment.
  • Assist with videography when Sr. Videographer is not present.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in photography/film.
  • 2+ years professional experience as a videographer.
  • Product/retail and/or agency experience preferred.
  • Shown experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Expert level competencies with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Expert level understanding of the digital video production processes.
  • Proficiency with sound recording workflows and lighting techniques.
  • Must be organized and able to maintain a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple competing priorities and be flexible with workload and turnaround times.
  • Collaborative teammate with excellent communication skills that leads with optimism and feeds off positive team energy.
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment.

Salary and Benefits

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000. Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
