Social Media Manager – War Dogs Academy (Remote)
Are you a social media pro with a passion for content, community building, and marketing strategy? War Dogs Academy, the leading online course platform for government contracting, is looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and engage our audience of aspiring and seasoned government contractors.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Create engaging content—graphics, videos, and posts—to educate and inspire our audience.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active community.
- Track key metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement.
- Stay on top of trends in government contracting and social media marketing.
- Direct our videographer, with a primary focus on editing and content creation ideas.
- Travel may be necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, video editing, basic graphic design).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, audience engagement, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
